Yes, right after the BTW era ended. She was just uninteresting to me. There was a slight chance of me stanning again, but she's become the ULTIMATE mess so I had to let her go. I'd pretty much stan for almost any of the other girls before her. She's too self indulgent for my taste. She's so off in her own world. Her hunger has turned into thirst. And she plays this awful victim role... But w00 let me not start because if I do, I won't stop. But it's not like she was ever my #1 fave anyway.
I'm sorry but between all the overreacting chart stans jumping ship and the same salty girls still patching up their wigs after the TFM in 2009 taking cheapshots, all these threads about Gaga's downfall are starting to become hilarious.
I'm not pleased with everything she's done this era, but for every Erotica (not talking about the album's subject matter or its retrospective acclaim, I mean it's sales and criticisms at the time) there's a Ray of Light, and for every Glitter there's an Emancipation of Mimi. She could do better, but even if she doesn't, she's not exactly over.
Hell, even if she gets dropped by her label, she'll still be a better singer and pianist than most of these other girls. And with her ego eviscerated, she'll come back to serve us the album of miserably brilliant piano ballads we didn't know we wanted.

I never really cared for her, but when a couple of ARTPOP songs leaked in the summer I got really into them and started to get more involved with her fanbase and persona.
I really don't care whether she's #1 or Bubbling Under and the meltdownes from ship jumpers are giving me eternal kii's.
I don't know if I'd call myself a stan but for now I'm really enjoying the music and the mess she causes.
