K. I'm implementing a new rule for this game. I'm thinking through the challenge entry delays alongside this bottom 3 delay. The users whom have not submitted received a PM from me yesterday about 24 hours ago. Seeing as both of them have posted within the last 24 hours enough to know the request. the rule will be something along the lines of
New Rule
"If one does not submit a bottom 3 list within a 24 hour span time (new rule, not implemented for this round), they will be eliminated from the competition and they will be banned from future editions of this game. The exception to this rule is if one can prove they were not active within the 24 hour request (hence if you don't see the 24 hour demanding request, you should not be punished for it). It will be the decision of each host when to implement this rule or not, and it will be the decision of the host if the paymaster must eliminate someone from the bottom 3"
So now if the two users will not submit their bottom 3 lists within 24 hours from this post I place in the thread "12/23/13 at 3:41 PM EST" then they will be both eliminated and banned from participation in future games (with the exception of not posting within this 24 hour request).
