The only barrier with that plan is money. Unless she works with her "friends" like she did with Agape, she would need the money to pay to record the album to shop it around. And I think she wants to work with popular, talented producers cause she's worked with Boi-1da and 40 in the past. Blackground is a real trainwreck for not paying for Producers or Musicians for Jojo, but as the label they are the ones fronting the money to pay for the talent.
I think Jojo has learned a lot with dealing with Blackground and both her and her management will search for the right label and team to record and release the album SHE wants released.
I need to know for sure that she will be free
