Not really. It's probably from a weekend day to another weekend day, but Porygon said it wasn't Saturday. But each date on every update is on a Saturday. But he keeps it a secret so people can't cheat or whatever. x2

Yes, if it was indeed last week (and you posted enough for the Top 100). If it fell outside of last week's chart run, it'll be on the one after next.

Not exactly. To my understanding it's somewhere around Sunday - Saturday (not that though). But, I could be completely wrong. But from the posts I've logged it seems to appear around those periods, in my timezone at least.
