Britney's discography is literally, 100% forgotten. You never hear a Britney song anymore. Like Janet level erasure. P!nk's superior music has survived and is as staple of HAC and AC.

I have NEVER heard any Janet song other than That's The Way Love Goes (and that's because Britney always talked about it in her older interviews so I decided to give it a listen and I liked it ). I also remember that soldier one. That's it.

Women are more visual than men. They can wear outfits, go naked, dye their hair. But the actual talent comes from men.
All these girls have men behind them. Whether it's Dr. Luke, Matthew Knowless, Larry Rudolph. They're nothing without men.
I think men are more business minded and strategic but at the end of the day the actual talent and starpower is within the artist.
Just like Gaga flopping because her marketing sucks but she's still a great singer, talented pianist, ok dancer, talented songwriter/producer etc. She's not a good businesswoman though or good at marketing herself.
Not even Ciara or Brandy is doing that
