The West is not far off from the developing world when it comes to struggling people and economies these days anyways.
It's funny when people say this. The poor people here still have access to so many programs (more in Canada than America, but still) that can provide support and basic needs. That does not exist in those developing nations.
I must say Egyptians are like Americans. Often ignorant of geography and looking down on other African and Middle East countries as lessors
The reason Americans are bad at geography is because Social Studies is the subject and it's more centered on American History. Geography was never a subject in school at least not for me. You learn bits and pieces but it's not emphasized that much. Nnn I cant even label half of the states tbh
lol, I'm Canadian (I know, same thing) and I do agree that there's a huge lack of knowledge among most people. But I have been to Asia for a decent amount of time....and it was a trainwreck, lol.
Those places are simply not as developed, CLEAN, and safe like Western Europe and North America. Those are facts.
Well of course it's not AS developed, but we don't walk barefoot with bazookas on our backs. Get an update.
