There's absolutely no way to track "real" sales in any South American country and even all Asian countries aside from Japan. Most people in those countries can barely afford food, there sure as hell ain't no Soundscan, lol. Shipments is the only way to gauge sales from all those places. And I guess iTunes but those numbers are so small.
It's almost comical how Americans (you must be one) have absolutely no idea what the rest of the world looks like. Yall need get some kind of Obamacare for Geography classes.
