Not sure; nothing else really sounds like it could be any more of a hit than DWUW. Interscope will probably release Dope against her will since ballad season is coming up
This morning a monster asked in a poll which one would be Gaga's 3rd single and I said Dope I always had the feeling that Interscope would release Dope as an official single. It's a good choice IMO.

It's looking more and more likely. And Gaga's been looking more and more unhappy lately, so one can assume that maybe Interscope is canning the DWUW video and moving on to Dope for ballad season. (She kinda tried to sabotage it so that it wouldn't be a single, according to what she said in the Howard Stern interview about a month ago)
Dope would be terrible as a single It only got top 10 because of that horrid youtube award performance. If they want a ballad Gypsy is the obvious answer and that seems like what Gaga wants. Dope isn't even in the top 1000 right now
