The bullet field describes how much was gained or lost in a week. The bullet+ field details how much more or less the bullet is compared to the bullet of the previous week.
Say, a song gained a bullet of 600 spins one week. It continues to gain 500 the next week, but its bullet+ would read as "-100" because it gained 100 less spins relative to the week before.
