I think it's a better idea.

Money is the ultimate goal of albums [at least for record labels] so ranking them as such isn't a bad idea. However, if you want to determine which album is the most popular, then leaving the BB200 as it is would be the best way.

There should just be 2 separate charts.

She really played chess this year. And to think we all thought she was incompetent and needed her dad back for not releasing in April after all that promo. She built up public interest in her brand all this year, waited for everyone to fall on their own swords, and came back with a holiday surprise taking advantage of impulse buys.
