It'll definitely be available via Sainsburys' website from Friday (it's up for pre-order there now). I guess like everywhere else its in-store availability depends on how fast the albums can be distributed.
Here in Brazil an online store started accepting pre-orders at around midnight and it's already the second best selling, only behind a bargain gospel album, those are very popular here.

What!? There's a slip cover with the black background and "Beyonce" text and when you slip the album out, its just like that. The picture I posted was as I opened it. I pulled the cd out of the slipcase and didn't even open the case before I took the picture. So yes, the ass picture is the real front of the jewel case.
