She still has great vocals but she just didn't push her upper register as much on BEYONCE. Instated she went with the falsetto a lot which can be harder than belting. She stil wins. She's now hitting higher chest notes these days. Listen to the ending of Halo live now. Her voice is more clear and she's hitting the clear Eb5s, and F5s again like in B Day!
