The Beatles are pretty horrible compared to a lot of 60s bands though. They were just the most popular, because of their accessibility. They were and still are overrated. That's, imo, not a good thing
I'm not that into TB at all actually. If there's a band from the 60s that I listen to it's the RS. But I still believe they deserve the praise. They brought in certain things in pop culture that still exists today. They imo formed pop music.

Nobody cares about Madonna anymore, it's evident. Time After Time and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun have more YouTube views than any Madonna song (apart from GMAYL but that was really down to MIA and Nicki)
