EDIT: All megas are allowed so that each type has the possibility to use one. However: These battles will be done using a points system very similar to the one Jessie posted earlier. Megas will be scored differently.
tl;dr - Megas are allowed, but not encouraged. If I were you, I'd use my mega sparingly. Hint hint.
