Sis let's be honest, that's exactly what Gaga thought she would do with ARTPOP, hence the "Lady Gaga is over" video.

I still stand by the idea that she goes back home with her parents in New York and takes a break, like Fiona Apple before her recent album (except not as long). It would give some space and air to the world. People will eventually miss her because she's one of a kind. Once she announces an album, she will be hotly anticipated, and once again frontloaded like the BTW era. And then after that, depending on the album's quality, she'll be back.

She can take a break when she has a kid.
Being away from the public eye aka no single/performances for 1.5 years dind't help ARTPOP either. It made people care less about her.
So another break would be bad imo. I guess it depends how the tour next year goes and future singles.

The difference is that Bey actually delivered good music without hyping for a year like Gaga did and praising it to the heavens.
If she would've released this album as a fun album (like she stated at some point) without this whole forced ART persona thing, everything would be fine. She always sets the bar high and when she comes up with just another lifeless EDM pop album, it's her own fault when people are disappointed and tired of her act.

If Zedd is able to serve flawless bops like Clarity, Spectrum, Stache, Beauty and a Beat, etc., why did we end up with filth like Donatella on ARTPOP?

If the dragging and shading continues during the tour too I can see Gaga taking a break though and marry Taylor and maybe get a kid and then come back 2015 with the space performance etc.

Because Donatella is Gaga's song
The instrumental is actually great, the lyrics/theme of the song are pure trash.

I guess he wanted to be different with Gaga, but I don't know what he was thinking when he decided to use those recycled stems.

I guess you're right, the instrumental is good, but the whole song together. I can't even understand what she's saying in the chorus. I literally get a headache

She should make 2014 her year to just travel, meet new people, connect with fans and gain more inspiration for the next record. She did some of her best work (The Fame Monster) whilst she was on the road.

If I'm not wrong she also did most of ARTPOP on the road too. At least Zedd and Madeon.
And she did a few songs in Chicago with DJWS.

I'm not saying Zedd should've just given all of his very best songs to Gaga, but...yeah, that's kinda what I'm saying. After all, Calvin Harris gave WFL to Rihanna. I know he had his own album to make, but still, do better Anton.

She had SO much pressure on her during that time. People were really anticipating ARTPOP due to the break and they set their standards so high that they were disappointed.
