from 8 until late, i think ‘bout you
you own my nights i don’t know what to do
i can't get no rest, can't get no sleep
this whole thing got way too deep and we should
stop making a big deal out of the little things
cauz I got big deals and i got little things
got everything i'm asking for but you
stop making a big deal out of the little things, let's get carried away
come right now, you know where i stay
Dearie in the 90s people were buying physical music....
And yet again, that statement does nothing to challenge or refute my point. None of Madonna's album releases have ever broke new ground for the music industry.
Lance no offense but even Xtina is now more relevant than Gaga (I'm being dead serious) and with Troy out of the picture and more DJWS on the way the future looks GRIM.
And Bey actually has a specific release and event that will always be in music history books. BEYONCE is a historical moment for the music industry. Madonna has the sustained relevance, but she doesn't have history like Bey does.
Not to mention this album does all the themes Madonna has TRIED to do better than Madonna did
The only reason why the Bey bandwagon praise is bothering people is because this album was meant to do badly. The constant Top 10 talk was never too annoying to discuss, I see.

None of those things have anything to do with challenging the INDUSTRY of how albums are released. All of those were still conventional by-the-numbers album releases.
So because she did not do a surprise album she hasn't challenged the industry ? Bey isnt more radical than Madonna just b/c of one move. Madonna made a career out of angering people and not playing it safe. Since when did Bey do that?

Why change something that is succesful? Bee has released like this because she has overseen the end of CDs, on the 90s CDs were in their prime
