Tegan & Sara their sellout alber was met to some ridiculously harsh reviews from older fans (myself included) but it should be taken for what it is: a fun pop record about love, heartache and relationships. The production teeters more into the top 40 radio ~wave of electro inspired synth-pop and the hooks are more bright and lively than any of the duo's earlier work. On this track in particular, the sister's voices blend together to build up to a thumping chorus supported by a beat layered with grandiosity and melody. I feel like Katy should have been giving something similar to this with PRISM but meh.
