He's being stupid and ignorant. Just like most of Katy Perry's fanbase. Most of the time, with actual artists/bands, a cover means more than just to attract buyers and be pretty. It could be a very ugly cover, but if you look closely or perhaps listen to the album, you get why the cover looks that way so it makes it that much special and better for your own personal experience.
I think I laughed an entire week at his comment so I thought it was sig worthy.

Yep they're good at jazz as well. Not as good as actual jazz artists, but still. If there's anything I've learned from my Radiohead stanning is that Amnesiac is their best album.
