I agree with this wholeheartedly. Gypsy is the only reasonable single choice (IMO) if DWUW runs its course and ends on a high note. Anything other would just ruin the momentum.

G.U.Y. although one of my least favorite tracks is apparently everyone's favorite but it lacks a punch, especially in the chorus. So I doubt it would do something for her in the long run.

MANiCURE however is absolutely brilliant, and I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it's the best song for her to perform live since the energy she exudes while doing it is incredible and her vocals are out of this world (galaxy space and time )

Even tho I agree about MANiCURE being great live, if anythings MANiCURE is what lacks a punch, in the whole song. If it's picked as a single I expect a Marry The Night run.

Wonder how long Gaga plans on dragging out the era considering she is in fact releasing part 2. Theres at least two more hits on this album. Gypsy and or G.U.Y/Sexxx Dreams.

Lets hope vol.2 is an EP with a smash of a lead single.

Even though she's using it as a promo for her single, I don't think it's a smart move to go against people who can literally make you or break you. Like Billboard, like critics.

Funny thing though, she is kind of, sort of getting away with it.
Once the DWUW video is out it would be nice if she could stop doing the whole 'I'm a martyr' thing and just go with the flow.

I do too, but at all of your weaves being snatched left, right and center I'm not the most optimistic about it. I sill listen to ARTPOP in full on a daily basis tho.
