I think it's time we discuss Beyoncé's acting in "Superpower." Not only is Jonas Åkerlund's "Superpower" the
best pop video of the year, but Beyoncé gave the best acting she has ever given in her entire career, film
and videos. I believed every emotion she displayed in the video (which I never do). What a great clip.
The Academy should begin giving Oscars for a performance in a long form music film.

Something i picked up on, it seems B was battling an awful lot of demons over the past two years. Blue's birth, wondering if she would be a good mother, marriage strife with Jay etc. It has a bit of a Jekyll x Hyde theme permeating throughout the album, which is very interesting.
As an aside, i give her huge props for the West African influence in the "Grown Woman" video. Brought a smile to my face

When Jordan made a main-page post about Bey I expected to see them going off hard in the comments. Instead, they were all dragging Britney for her "laziness with BJ" and were congratulating Bey.
I remember being dragged in to seeing 'Obsessed' with one of my friends YEARS ago & the theater was filled with cackling, rowdy, hoop-earring'd black people that SCREECHED 'OOOU! GET 'EM, GURL!' every time Beyonce's character dykeily punched the blonde girl.
