Anyhow, you can't take away someone's success just because they are white. At her prime, Britney was at least a great performer, something a lot of pop stars nowadays aren't. Britney is known for her songs and music videos. Toxic, Baby One More Time, etc in addition to those performances and moments.

Wow Born This Way (the sing) really aged well. Haven't actually listened to it in months but it came on at the gym (after International Smile kiii) and it sounded amazing. Between DITD, Alejandro, BTW and Fascist(of Twitter)! ha best songs really are the Madead ripoffs.

I always thought that they didn't really struggle knowing her songs, it was that they were "embarrassed" to know her songs so they didn't say anything or pretended to struggle. There could be a variety of reasons why they are embarrassed, probably because Madonna isn't cool anymore or that knowing a bunch of Madonna songs wouldn't be seen as masculine.
