Shakira and Rihanna aren't confirming anything yet because it is supposed to be a big surprise. The record label is sending gag orders to everyone who leaks information mentioning Rihanna and Shakira being on set together.

Well, the fact that he knows about the song and has heard it seems a bit strange. I don't think it's solely going to be a Pepsi song, but the song might be used in Pepsi commercials. That's not a bad thing. Just means more worldwide promo.
