Are you serious? It's like when you see really thin models and their faces are all gaunt, of course you can get a slimmer nose naturally. Everyone knows that Ke$ha wasn't thin back in 2009, and she's lost a LOT of weight and has been looking a lot better recently. And if you really cared or wanted to know if Ke$ha got a nose job, a simple Google search wouldn't have been all that difficult. I'm not the dumb one here.

There ARE articles that talk about her having rumored surgeries. And I just noticed she looked a lot different at the AMAs so I brought it up. And you realize if your face gets slimmer then your facial features (AKA your nose, which is made up of cartilage, not fat) will become more prominent? So stop with that flawed logic.
