As a judge, I am looking for contestants who have the notion to know they are attempting to win a game because of a legit financial prize to benefit them on ATRL. With this I am looking for a contestant that is striving to win it and to not hold back given challenges or even in social activity. I hope that tells you more about what I am at least looking for as contestants
As who to place in your top 3:
While its tempting to place Hugamari, Nasiir15, and Robbyyy in your top 3 or bottom 3, think of the fact they are already in the competition. do you really want to wait your time on official contestants?

INCENTIVE: If you are the 4th and 11th to submit, you will also receive an automatic position in the cast.

I think you're giving out too many automatic places. What's the point in me judging the applicants if you've already given out nearly half the spots.. Can't the judges just pick and we skip over them writing out sentences, it's dragging out just a bit I feel bad for the applicants, getting into this game must feel like a '4' single trying to get into the top 10.

I see your point, but I haven't exactly placed a number for which players should compete. I gave extra time too. I also have other plans with these active contestants as well
