I've had my tongue piercing since 2006 bitch. The irony. I would've been taken it out, but I was so used to having it and it was a hard habit to break.

No it doesn't hurt. It didn't hurt when I got it either. The pain lasted for a second and then it was over. It actually hurt worse getting my tongue pierced. It takes time getting used to after the fact and I don't mean pain... It makes it highly
sensitive.
Then again I have a very high pain tolerance and get off to slight pain sensations... Yes I'm weird.
