The same you can be local to 50 states with different cultures and 400M people. The same way you can be local to China which has twice as many people as the EU.

What does it even mean to be local to the US and global because you're successful in the EU when the US is more geographically distributed and socially varied than the EU?
I know the failor stans are trying to deny it, but I know that they realize that all I'm saying is true. Local will always stay local no matter how you spin it.
