The Applause vs Roar kinda started everything though, not to mention that Roar is more successful than anything Gaga has released since 2010.

Unconditionally is so dated, it would be huge if it was released in 2010 - 2011. Legendary Lovers, Dark Horse, Birthday and Walking On Gaga all have great potential to be huge.
Btw, Gypsy actually can actually be a top 5 hit for Gaga, and it will sell the album. She just needs to promote it and give it a professionally directed video.
