Whey are saying "on Gagas level" as if it is in present tense. Currently, neither Katy nor Gaga are on the level Gaga was during The Fame + Monster. Katy isn't just a sensation. Katy is currently well above Gaga.

As far as albums sales, don't act like Katy's pulling "21" numbers. None of the Pop Girls are "well above" the others.
I dont't even give a **** for BJ's sales. They didn't even try, and it's a really good album.
I never expected to see Gaga fade in this short of time tho. But katy or miley can never take away her impact on pop music. She will never be forgotten.
