never said good music is good chart results. ARTPOP is not the strong album she needed after the Born This Way era, no matter what the charts look like.

It's not about the album flopping. It's because the music for me isn't as good as it used to be. It has nothing to do with the numbers for me but it is discouraging to see her actually flop. I don't like Katy's music so i won't Stan for her get it?

I don't think she's scrapping or changing anything. She also just "fired" her manager, which I doubt was ever on board of this whole ARTPOP... concept.

It really saddens me to see all of this. It's like she completely forgot what made her get so many fans in the first place.

I mean, it's so obvious that people are not feeling the album by now. The days of her selling because of her name are over. She now has to deliver quality for people to spend their coins on her. Which she failed to do with ARTPOP since most of the songs are kinda mediocre and unrelatable.

Anyway, I'm curious to know what will the third single be. I think Gypsy would struggle to even go top 20, so the only option would be a Sex Dreams collab with another big name, or maybe G.U.Y, but only if DWUW turns out to be a big hit.

Gypsy HAS to be the next single, it's very TEOG so it should work. Plus she can slay it on the piano at the Grammys hopefully. And then G.U.Y.

Obviously Gypsy should be the next single since it charted the best out of all the album tracks on the day of release. Not to mention it fits the current musical climate the best & is a safe choice. She is not savvy enough to do a Sexxx Dreams remix with someone relevant.

If DWUW doesn't take off (wouldn't surprise me at this point), they should end the era and release a new album with a different concept in November. And this time she shouldn't be avoiding all media until album release.

I love ARTPOP. It does have bad songs like J and D, dope, Donatella and fashion! But I love the rest. Flop all it wants I love the album so whatever
