I'm sure more reviews will be added in the coming days. As more reviews are added the score should become less volatile. I doubt its final number will be more than 5 points away from where it is now.

That's the same thing that happened with Chris Brown's new album. Almost 95% of the reviews gave him a negative or mediocre review JUST because of the incident.

As for Britney, they're putting more emphasis on the personal aspect of it, since that was the main gimmick of the album.

”Passenger”, which was actually co-penned by Katy Perry, might make it too. You can definitely sing along with its break-up anthem chorus. Perry would have crushed this herself, of course, and it’s a little disappointing to hear it in Spears’ very limited vocal range because of that, but it’s still worthy of Hot 100 status.
