To be fair, The X Factor studio versions were not allowed to chart prior to this season (just like American Idol).

Actually seasons one and two both had contestants who charted in the top ten, Cassadee Pope topped iTunes in season three numerous times, last seasons several contestants were always in the top ten and this season there's been somebody who's topped iTunes along with several others reaching the top ten. But it's okay though, Let the X Factor be happy for there only top ten they'll ever see.

Yeah speaking of which I remember Kris/Adam were dominating iTunes when their tracks were allowed to chart accidentally, and Cook too during Season 7 of Idol. So TheVoice can have all the iTunes hits they want but they still haven't found a star. At least Fifth Harmony has some decent success with the EP and tour.

Alex & Sierra went top 10 a couple weeks ago. Say My Name is creeping up the top 10; Restless Road is charting at top 20. Doubt this wi be the only one you'll ever see from XF
