It was obvious it wasn't official, she wouldn't use photos from past tours
Do we know anything about VIP packages and prices except what she tweeted?

That's just the name. The Monster Ball had the same name.
From what I've read there is seating inside the stage, which gives me a headache to think about the Born This Way Ball Tour all over again.
