I find this weird:

Tulisa was the winning mentor in Series 8, then she became the first mentor out in Series 9
Nicole was the winning mentor in Series 9, and now she is the first mentor out this season.

Another weird thing:

- The girls category was axed at Top 5 in both Australia and UK this season. Now, Redfoo mentored the girls in Australia and he was terrible at choosing songs for them. Nicole is partially to blame because she put through Abi over Melanie. Tamera can only blame herself for screwing up too often. As of right now, it looks like Demi Lovato is gonna be the only mentor to get the girls category further than last place

Honestly, Sharon, Louis & Gary can all go to hell tbh because they've all been evil this season and Nicole is the only angel on the panel.
