Local is someone whose American success far outweighs their overall global success. ARTPOP was not the highest female debut of the year in the USA yet it was WW so that surely ain't local. As a Meryl & SSandra supporter, you should know very well what local is by now.
One global project does not change things. SSandra is still mostly an Anglo-Saxan thing. 60% of her total movie gross comes from the USA + no1curr about her personally in most of the world. It's the truth.com
