Generally speaking, I think Gaga, Beyonce and Rihanna will be the one's who last because ultimately people want them to stay. The former just needs to get her act together and remind people what she has to offer, Beyonce is such a stellar entertainer that she'll probably be a staple regardless of people being indifferent to her latest music, and Rihanna is the sexy rebel who fulfils the package-pop thing.
I think Pink and Christina will stick around, too. Perhaps surprisingly for some, but even if large chunks of their catalogue are forgotten...their talent remains and they both offer something different. They both just need to settle on appropriate material - Pink with rockier/edgier stuff and Christina with pop/R&B/soul.
Katy just doesn't seem to incite passion or interest. She doesn't have the respect and when she matures into the inevitable "serious" rock/pop thing, she'll lose her fun pop angle that sets her apart and begin competing against Pink, Taylor and the swathes of other singer/songwriters who'll continuously pop up and do it better.
Miley is a fad. Britney is probably done now. Madonna may have one last kick in her.

I deleted my post but I want to reply to this lol.
Gaga, Bey & Rih will last, I just think Gaga is going through a weird time in her career. I do think she'll eventually have a comeback though. Her music is still great, so it's not like the quality isn't there. Rihanna's music is always amazing, as well as Bey. Bey has just kept people waiting far too long for 5 & there's literally nothing, so people are grasping at straws. Standing On the Sun was a complete waste. So was Grown Woman.
Christina will also have a comeback, she's really cleaned up her image from 2010 when everyone thought she was nasty. P!nk will become a pop icon/legend because she'll still be making great music into her old age. Her image will allow her an easy transition into more AC, less pop focus.
Katy will get a lot more hits from PRISM, Unconditionally just wasn't right & should've stayed an album track. Dark Horse will become one of her biggest hits, and I also see Birthday & Legendary Lovers doing good damage. WoA should be a single but might not be notable in her discography or anything. PRISM was handled well and I see her also lasting, though she'll have to stop with songs like Birthday/This Is How We Do. Her next album should be riskier than PRISM, & more mysterious.
Miley is a fad right now, but I think she will have a long career. Her fanbase is phenomenal & they stick with her. Plus, Bangerz is a strong pop record. I don't like her, but you can't tell me Wrecking Ball, #GETITRIGHT, Adore You, Drive, Maybe You're Right & Rooting for My Baby aren't stellar songs.
