Wasn't feeling the performance. Didn't like the choreo, it's super choppy and not aesthetically pleasing or graceful, it clashed with that Marylin outfit. And the acoustic ending with young Stefani playing and those headlines in the background was too cheesy for me. Should've kept that uptempo version going instead of switching and end with a bang. The set looked cheap too
Called Open House Party after her performance to request DWUW and the DJ was like "Wait! Did you see her on the AMAs! I haven't but I heard it was good and kinda weird". I told him all about the JFK/Marilyn and Bill/Monica vibes + the amazing ending. He was trying to having a full-on convo and all I wanted was to request the song. We talked for like 10 mins and I made something up to get off the phone.
