I kinda paid it dust for a week or two when ARTPOP first leaked, just cause I had to drool over Sexxx Dreams and G.U.Y. for awhile, but then I put in back in power rotation the last few days and it's just too good

I really hope she keeps RedOne for Act2. I would love if he produced a few songs but if he only helps her with songwriting i'd be glad.

Yeah, the RedOne thing is getting annoying. She does need to work with more hit producers though. Stargate, will.i.am etc. A lot of the fans had meltdowns over will.i.am producing for gaga (little monsters have always been pretentious yet they want her to have hits at the same time LOL) so I hope she doesn't think that her fans want her to continue to work with these underground producers.

By the way, DJWS >>> Zedd & Madeon

Besides, RedOne didn't do her any favors last era. It's not like he'd get her any number ones anyway. His last one in the US was Poker Face.

The producers aren't a problem at all. Not even DJ White Shadow.

I want RedOne because i love his productions and 1 or 2 songs won't hurt. But like i said, keeping him as songwriter wouldn't be a bad thing, Seeing that Gypsy is among her best efforts on the album

All of the producers need to be fired. She needs a new sound. EDM is so stale now. Besides, Gaga is already quite loud so the combination of loud EDM + her loud vocal delivery is sometimes unbearable. She can keep DJWS for one or two songs though since DWUW & Sexxx Dreams are the best on the album.

"Sexxx Dreams" and "Jewels n' Drugs" are DJWS' best songs, but they sorta get upstaged by "Donatella", "G.U.Y." and "Mary Jane Holland", even though all five are 10/10.

Yes!!!

Gaga is falling into her trap. ALL fan bases beg for their faves to go back to the sound that originally made them famous. I've seen it over and over with No Doubt stans, Shaki stans, etc. And where would they be if they had just stayed in the same genre forever? Where would Madonna be if she had released Like A Virgin 2.0, 3.0, 4.0? Their careers would have been short-lived. I know Gaga loves to listen to her fans, but fans shouldn't dictate your musical direction.

Not that I'm saying Gaga has kept recycling herself--she has plenty of fresh songs. But she can't (and we shouldn't encourage her to) cling to RedOne and electronic dance music forever. I hope DWUW smashes and Cheek to Cheek is a success, because Gaga needs to realize that she can be successful with sooo many different sounds!
