I was talking to a friend who got it from the store, and i was complaining about how Amazon will only deliver it on Monday 25th then, i randomly decide to go on Amazon to check and I see - DELIVERED on Saturday 23 November..

Yeah, but my mom won't let me buy it because she wants to get it for me for Christmas because I really want it, lol, so I'm hoping someone uploads it to YouTube so I can watch it beforehand. Does anyone know when it is being released in the US, though? And is there a CD included with the DVD? I heard there was.

I think it's December 3rd, that's what I've been hearing and the online F.Y.E. Store has it on pre-order for December 3rd, so I'm assuming that's when it's being released.
And really? That sucks. Do you think an MP3 version will be released to the iTunes Store with the DVD like what they did with The Funhouse Tour: Live from Australia?
