Today (I think?) is the last day for broadcasters to submit applications to take part in ESC 2014. They can still withdraw after this, but we'll know which broadcasters are interested in taking part.
Romania submitted an application, although it was rumored that they had financial difficulties and wouldn't take part.

i'm scared that Bosnia did not submitted, cuz there is no news about Bosnia return at official Eurovision website. :/

Serbia usually send such great entries I presume they weren't happy with not qualifying this year but it's a bit sad to see them withdraw after one poor result. I'm so glad about Bosnia returning though!

Serbia was flawless this year (okay, not the performance... but the song. Serbian schlager ) but damn, no need to be so butthurt about not qualifying.
And yas, Bosnia One of the most solid ESC nations.
