A whole album of "Soldier of Love" tracks would have been just as monotonous. "Love Is Found" sounds too much like a SOL knockoff, for example. And I just don't see how "Solder of Love" is that experimental or different from a lot of the stuff they've done in the past.
I wasn't suggesting that they duplicate anything, but yes I agree the album is a little monotonous as it is(there is no way of knowing if it would have been had they not played it as safe). and Love is Found is not on SOL anyway.
My point is, had it been on it, it would have been pointless. "Soldier of Love" stands out because it's different from the other tracks on the album. "Love is Found" is not a progression, more like a copy and not very memorable. That's how I imagine an album with similar tracks would have been like.
The only complaint I have about SOL is that it was a bit too melancholic in parts (it could have done without "Be That Easy"), but tracks like "Bring Me Home," "The Moon and The Sky" and "Babyfather" all brought the album to life.
I made an album with the few good songs from ARTFLOP and born this ugly and it's flawless, it's how her 3rd album should have been, maybe she wouldn't be struggling by now if it was like this :
Marry The Night
Government Hooker
Americano
Scheibe
Bloody Mary
Bad Kids
Heavy Metal Lover
Electric Chapel
The Edge of Glory
G.U.Y
Sexxx Dreams
Do What You Want
Artpop
Fashion!

Is Diamonds the only successful song written by Sia for another artist?
Her Christina songs are flops, Perfume is a flop, Love me back to life is a flop... did I miss anything?

NeYo, Let Me Love You
and had that heaux released it, Standing On The Sun.
Fashion! is the second best song on NYUPOP, but why does she have to break the great mood and vibe of the song by adding that heinous bridge/ending It suddenly goes from easy, breezy, cool over to a loud ADD mess
Still a good song though, but **** like that is getting increasingly annoying. I bet it was her own idea
