I think ARTPOP will sell a huge amount of copies once the after-release promo kicks in. She's doing SNL, AMAs, the Muppets. Maybe this is some kind of a strategy. Maybe they want ARTPOP to follow Applause's course. I mean 13 out of 13 weeks in the top 10. It's amazing. Promo + Black friday, ARTPOP will sell well. I'm really excited for Do What U Want, tho. This song seems like it's going to smash but I'm not getting ahead of myself. It's doing pretty well on the US iTunes without a video. I'm just worried about the premiere. The video + the AMAs need to happen at once. AMAs on the 24th and the video on the 25th will be good for me.
I think we all agree Gypsy needs to happen around Grammys. A performance there with a video premiere on the next day would be a sure top 5. I really don't know about the 4th single, tho. If it's released around summer maybe Venus?

i'm not seeing a big week sales for artpop. it needs a huge smash to continue selling like how Pink's TTAL started to pick up once JGMAR smashed. DWUW is a top 10 hit, but it will not sell the album unfortunately. Gypsy if it becomes huge can save this era. Otherwise, it will be lucky to seill 2M in the US.
I think ARTPOP's singles wont be huge WW smashes but they will be successful especially on the US radio. The more I think about it the more I want Gypsy to do become the third single.
I'm not sure about that. The christmas freeze will delay its growth. It might peak during the grammys. And we might still be getting the 187th performance of DWUW.
I say the grammy performance will be like in 2010 when she performed Poker Face and Speechless instead of the current single Bad Romance. By that logic, she'll probably perform Judas and Dope
