Even if Adele has a sharp decline after a huge opening week, 25 will still perform a lot better than My December did after the 6x Platinum-selling Breakaway. Has My December even officially hit 1 million copies to date yet?
My December has finally gone Platinum, yes. Breakaway to MD was a 80% drop off. So in comparison, Adele needs to sell at least 2 million for an 80% drop off from 21 to 25. I don't see it happening. We all know what happens to "album sellers" these days. It's a singles world out there.
1) LMAO at Maleficent's teaser trailer having nearly 2 million YouTube already. Woo lord, Queen Jolie her power!
2) Lady ForbesGa has two songs in the top 20 on iTunes. One of them being near top 10 and the other being stable at 16 with less than 30M AI. She'll be just fine.
3) Britney is over. Focusing on Gaga won't change that.

Breakaway sold 10-11 million and My December struggled doing 1 million globally.
