Gaga will be fine. Expectations just need to be lowered, especially from her fanbase. Although I personally love Applause and DWYW more than most her stuff, they really don't compare to her heyday singles of Bad Romance and Poker Face, in terms of really changing the scope of mainstream American radio. Those days are gone.

Considering everything, this is great. Just like Applause, this era was created to avoid frontloaded sales like Born This Way. Didn't you read the interview with her manager?

The same thing happened with Applause. Katy Perry fans celebrated the flop, and then it became a huge radio smash and now it's actually above Roar on radio. Do What U Want is slaying Unconditionally and is actually growing on iTunes while the latter has red updates.

But enjoy your delusions, haters. This is not 2011. Gaga learned a lesson from overexposing herself early BTW era. This is exactly as planned.

And maybe,just maybe,the reason why Katy Cats were ugly to everyone is becaus everyone was ugly to them?We've been listenig for years how local Katy is and how much bigger all other pop girls are and when Roar came it destroyed all other singles by their faves and we had a reason to get cocky.You know how Katy sais :"You've held me down,but I got up."

Sure, but that doesn't equal karma. If karma were real, the katy kats will be feeling this soon enough for the month they ran around here shading everyone, not just Gaga..
