The same thing happened with Applause. Katy Perry fans celebrated the flop, and then it became a huge radio smash and now it's actually above Roar on radio. Do What U Want is slaying Unconditionally and is actually growing on iTunes while the latter has red updates.
But enjoy your delusions, haters. This is not 2011. Gaga learned a lesson from overexposing herself early BTW era. This is exactly as planned.
