I don't think anyone with decent-ish IQ claimed she'd save the industry (definitely not in the past 4-6 months) but whatever. Might have done early doors but speculation =/= fact. Pretty much every album 20/06 Exp aside this year has underperformed...?
We're all well aware she wasn't the force she was at BTW-height but she's not suddenly Ke$ha overnight. She's still a major pop force whether you keep denying it or not; the critics and sales are a disappointment but it's not like she'll lose her record contract and cease to exist for another era. You're taking the absolute extremities of a stanbase too much for fact. She's not doing good, she's not doing horribly, she's just doing....meh.
She is now a popstar with decent or big sales.
She thought she could change music, do you realy think she is much of an influence of new young talents like Jake Bugg or Lorde? I think not. I think the new stars are mouthy but also interested the most in making music, not to snort cocain, 10 times the day dress change, showing in gay clubs her cake or what it's called here ( she should make this in a real bar, Gang Bang Nr. 100 est arivé) they just don't interested in "duchgeknallte Typen"
Unconditionally sounded like a smash to me. Inoffensive ballad when ballads are trendy + Katy Perry. Glad I was wrong
It might yet smash in the US (I hope radio peaks too quickly though hihi) so don't count your chickens.
It's flopping in Aus and in Europe after performances no one really cared about however...so I'd say US top 10, maybe the same in UK/Aus, no can do outside the English-speaking countries.
The joke's on us when it's 59c on iTunes with a Miley Cyrus/Eminem remix tho.
At ARTPOP tanking on MC. I told y'all PRISM was better.
She should've just made it an EP.
It sounds better once you delete, HorrAURA, MANiCURE, Jewel & Twista's trash and SWINE.
