Didn't we just get new servers a few months ago What went wrong?
We're running dated software aka vB3. To transition to vB4 means we need to create everything new from the ground up. All of the customization we have, the headings, titles, fonts, links, database blah blah. Everything. It's not like we could flip a switch and transition over.

That's why I'm a little confused the site was working great for a while so why did it start getting bad again?
Ok I'm not sure if this is just me or I've missed something or what but over the past 2 months, every now and again (every second day or so) when I visit ATRL I get pop-up that says some **** like

come up and it auto-redirects to some spam site. I'm on a Mac running Chrome.
I would normally think it's just a virus but this only happens when I'm on ATRL and what i've been reading seems to say that it is more likely something to do with the website/website's ads than with my computer/browser.
Does anyone know anything about this? It's super annoying.
To make all of the Gaga posts regarding artRave, performances etc to not slow down the server, can you guys compile a thread or something? Obviously there's the ARTPOP thread but I seriously doubt you guys want the first 2 pages to be "Gaga performs..." Gaga dresses in..." "Gaga says Madonna..." You get my point.

Fun fact: the bigger "hit" threads actually slow down the server. If there's lots of activity in one thread it significantly slows it down. Something about the "currently browsing" part. Same thing happens when there's too many thread bans, which also appear at the top of a thread.
What went wrong?
