Why Modest? It sucks on him tbh. You want a Timid one if you go full special (without U-turn/Shadow Sneak) or a Hasty/Naive one with one of those.
Modest won't give you enough Speed and he gets STAB on anything anyways so the extra power is not very useful, unlike the extra Speed Hasty/Timid gives you.
I have a couple of Modest ones here, it's your call I guess.
