While sales of the album at H&M will not count towards the Billboard charts, that shouldn't dampen the set's debut sales week. Industry sources forecast "ARTPOP" to sell between 300,000 to 350,000 in its first week in the U.S. (H&M does not report its sales to Nielsen SoundScan, which tracks music sales for Billboard's charts.)
I can't at some monsters saying that the BTW era is almost over and they're sad about it. Like um hello do they not get how this works the ARTPOP era started three months ago

That sucks, I hope the supply is limited though, that's like a good thousand+ sales lost on Billboard.
