Ok guys, honestly. When a publication gives another album a better rating than another album, they're not comparing the albums and saying Prism is better than Artpop (if Prism was given a higher rating). It means Prism as a body of work deserves a B+ and Artpop as a body of work deserves a B (in their opinion), they're two completely different bodies of work and both reviews have nothing to do with the other album. And let's face it, Gaga's placed on a higher pedestal musically than Katy ever will be or any other mainstream pop artist these days so she's expected to come through on her promises and hype she regrettably always creates.
I expect Rollingstone to surprise us all with a 2.5/5 or 3/5. SlantMagazine gave it a 3.5 so I'm hoping Rollingstone to do the same. Overall, definitely a 65-68 on metacritic.
