EW hasn't really praised Gaga (especially on their annoying Bullseye chart thingy) so I guess it's no surprise it's not a rave. I'll take a B though.

They've always been biased against Gaga, especially this era. We should be happy that they decided to not pull a TinyMixTapes on us and give her a bad score. It could've been worse. A "B" is great.

I still think a score in the 70s is still possible. Born This Way was really polarizing at first and it still got a 71 even with 33 reviews AND a really biased score of 0. I think ARTPOP will be fine.
