Actually, Avril may not be in the Top 10 everywhere but she's doing a damn good job at staying at LEAST minorly relevant.
Like, all her singles still get moderate success. Not one of her singles have failed the Hot 100 and have also
managed to chart in MANY countries worldwide, I'm not too disappointed. Epic still sucks, though.
